Why I love my work:

β€œWhen I photographed my first wedding I just knew that was it. I felt such a passion for it, I knew wedding photography was made for me. I love the hustle, the tears, the laugher, the quite moments, the DANCE FLOOR… It just makes my heart happy to be able to capture such a special day in someone’s life.”

A photographer, romantic, and believer in stories that matter

Born in Germany, now based in Queenstown, the Coromandel & Auckland, I’ve always been drawn to light, connection, and the way a single photo can say what words can’t. I first picked up a camera to document the people and places I loved β€” and I never stopped. After moving to New Zealand and starting a new chapter with my partner, I found myself capturing love stories not just for keepsakes, but as living, breathing memories. That’s what I offer my couples today: a gentle presence, an artistic eye, and a gallery that feels like coming home.

    • Since 16 years old I’ve had a camera in my hands.

    • 2022 - Completed Rolf Brenner Portrait photography course with Rolf Brenner, and started formally working as a wedding photographer.

    • 2023 - Completed Professional Photography Certificate (Weddings focus) at Careers Collectiv.

    • Currently studying media management - Bachelor of Arts at IU - International University of Applied Sciences.

  • My approach is a blend of guided and candid, a little direction when it’s needed, and a whole lot of space for the magic to unfold naturally. Think: vibrant, emotion-filled images with real movement and real feeling. I’d describe it as documentary-style storytelling with a dash of posing to help you feel confident, comfortable, and connected.

  • You’ll probably find me outdoors β€” hiking through the mountains, snowboarding in winter, camping or surfing in summer. I’m most at home under an open sky with wind in my hair and dirt on my boots. I also love a good boogie on a night out (give me a dance floor and I’m happy), and I make it a mission to travel somewhere new at least twice a year. It keeps me inspired, grounded, and constantly in awe of this beautiful world we get to live (and fall in love) in.
